Abstract

Fenomena bullying di lingkungan sekolah masih menjadi masalah serius dan tantangan bagi dunia pendidikan karena berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan psikologis dan sosial peserta didik. Melalui Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam rangka mahasiswa asistensi mengajar universitas hamzanwadi kelompok 15 melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi anti bullying di SMPN 1 Sakra sebagai upaya preventif terhadap kekerasan di sekolah melalui pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai jenis, bentuk, dan dampak bullying, serta menumbuhkan kesadaran untuk mencegah dan menanggulanginya. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemutaran video edukatif, penyuluhan interaktif, sesi tanya jawab, dan kuis. Kegiatan melibatkan siswa SMPN 1 Sakra bersama narasumber dari kalangan akademisi dan praktisi pendidikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai arti dan dampak bullying, serta perubahan sikap menuju empati dan saling menghargai. Lingkungan sekolah juga menjadi lebih kondusif dengan berkurangnya tindakan perundungan. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi anti-bullying terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran kolektif menuju lingkungan belajar yang aman, nyaman, dan mendukung perkembangan karakter positif peserta didik
