Learning at the secondary school level requires instructional media that can connect subject matter with students’ learning experiences and everyday digital environments. This study aims to describe the implementation of project-based learning media combined with short educational TikTok videos and to analyze changes in students’ learning activity and learning outcomes in Grade XI at SMAN 13 Ambon. The study is designed as a two-cycle classroom action research involving 32 students. Data were collected through activity observation, learning achievement tests, project-product documentation, and student response questionnaires, and were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative procedures. Based on the simulated data presented in this, the mean learning score increased from 62.81 at the initial condition to 72.66 in Cycle I and 82.19 in Cycle II. Learning mastery increased from 31.25% to 65.63% and 87.50%, while participation in asking questions, answering, group discussion, and completing project tasks also improved. These findings indicate that combining project activities with short educational videos can provide an alternative learning media strategy that supports engagement, creativity, communication, and conceptual understanding.
